Can I return my order?

Yes. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is in its original condition with all components and packaging intact
• The product shows only normal handling — damage from misuse is excluded
• The defect was identified immediately upon receipt

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged.

How to return your order

1. Email us at aura.official2025@gmail.com with the subject "Return Request"
2. Include your order number, reason for return, your full name and address, and a photo if the item is damaged
3. Wait for our reply — we will provide the correct return address
4. Do not send the item back to the sender — always wait for the return address we provide

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately after placement. Once an order is in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the item and then initiate a return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned item, via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
